It is a cheese with an intense flavor and a very pleasant bouquet, designed to satisfy the finest palates.
Aged between 7 and 9 months. Natural rind with an ivory to dark yellow color, pressed and firm paste, with small, irregularly distributed eyes. Contains extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.
