months.
It has a tobacco to dark brown rind, pressed and firm texture, with unequally distributed
holes.
Animal: Merino sheep.
Tasting: It is a strong and long-lasting raw sheep milk flavor, which leaves a very
pleasant tingling sensation as an aftertaste.
Conservation: Keep refrigerated at less than 7°C Expiry: The best-before date of
vacuumpacked products is 12 months.
